FitnessBargains, Inc. warrants that the VigorFit™ Gym is free of defects in workmanship and materials. FitnessBargains, Inc. will repair or replace any defective parts free of charge, for the life of the gym.

The warranty is valid only with the following conditions:

1. This warranty applies to the VigorFit™ Gym only while the product is in the possession of the original purchaser and proof of purchase has been demonstrated.
   
2. This warranty applies to residential use only and is void when used in a non-residential environment.
   
3. This warranty excludes misuse, abuse, alteration, improper service or alterations to the product.
   
4. This warranty may require the user to cover the costs of shipping & handling after one year from date of purchase. Warranty is subject to the continued availability of parts to FitnessBargains, Inc. and may become void if FitnessBargains' ceases to produce or sell the gym in question.
   
5. FitnessBargains, Inc under no circumstances shall be liable by virtue of this warranty or otherwise for damage to any person or property whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use these products.
6. Warranty requests may require that defective item be sent back for inspection at the owners expense.
